Foot candy…
…new Christian Louboutin Espadrille Wedges. These fall beyond my comfort zone as far as footwear goes (aren’t they weird?), but I wanted to take a little risk and I figured anything Louboutin would still be a fairly safe bet…
…when I first saw these, eeek, I thought they were horridly ugly. Still are, but I have to admit that they are slowly growing on me. What really helps is that they fit well and are surprisingly comfortable (for 5 1/2 inch heels)…

…I’m bummed my birthday celebrations have come to an end, but I’m stoked I will be going back home this week!
1. My new Tiffany & Co. Tiffany Keys Daisy Pendant from mom & dad (Yikes, it’s been 10 years since I’ve spent a birthday with them!).
2. Yes, I’ve received quite a few pairs of Louboutins already this month, but these ‘Very Prive’ in Camel are my ‘official’ birthday shoes. They are perfect for Summer.
3. Birthday dress #4: Alice + Olivia’s Charlie Dress.

…Crème Brûlée French Toast from the Smitten Kitchen. Nick and I are planning on using fresh Brioche bread from a local bakery here in town with fresh berries and homemade whipped cream. The result will be amazing. Happy eating!…
…unwinding after a very successful trip to Chicago: lunch @ the Lux, more birthday shoes (4th pair this month! And yes, they are Louboutins.), birthday dress #4 (to be revealed later), and lots of other things all to be revealed later…
…pillows with sayings (I especially love the ones with the scrabble letters)…
…and now it’s time for birthday brunch.
